Download manage not in apps and notifications

I want to know the status without broadcasting it to the room. Changing to lowest would still show up in the notification tray but would not disturb you. See i. That's how I did it on Android 8, but I can't seem to find it on Android 9.

I have new installation of Windows 10 and a new installation on that of Office I need to get notifications of e-mails arriving in Outlook but I cannot because Outlook is not listed in the Show notifications from these apps list. Needless to say, the appropriate settings are ticked in Outlook for such notifications sound, envelope, desktop alert.
