Contractor Marnie Oursler is giving outdated beach homes a new lease on life. From gorgeous new decks to beach glass-inspired kitchens, she updates these classic houses on any budget. Marnie maximizes a growing family's beach house in Lewes, DE, by vaulting the ceiling, designing an open-concept layout and including more sleeping space with custom bunk beds. Marnie is challenged to work miracles on a small budget in a growing Delaware family's cramped bungalow.
